Let me start off by saying not all debt is necessarily bad. It can be very beneficial to borrow money sometimes, if done for the right reason. For example, taking out a mortgage to buy even a modest home will most likely cost you several hundred thousands of dollars over the life of the loan, however you will gain equity and the house will usually appreciate in value, making it a better option in a lot of cases than living in an apartment. Other examples would be borrowing money for college in order to acquire a higher paying job, or borrowing money to start a business. Other times it is just un-avoidable such as a medical condition or loss of a job. They key is to borrow for the right reasons.

I am currently working with a number of clients in the Finance industry, and I would be interested in finding out more about advertising on http://www.howtopayoffdebt.net/, if you currently have advertising space available?
If you could put me in touch with the relevant person to discuss this further that would be much appreciated.
Many thanks,

Hi there,
My name is Ryan Bauer.
I’ve been aware of your site for a while now – it seems like you’ve put a lot of hard work into it, and it’s definitely a useful resource!
I was thinking (let me know if I’m being too forward here), your site is right along the subject line of an educational product I have that teaches people how to build credit, maintain a solid credit score, pay off debt, and so on. It’s a really helpful system, that’s easy for anyone to understand, and encourages responsibility with finances in general.
Anyway, I may be getting way ahead of myself, but I was thinking – you probably get a good bit of traffic to your site, and if you’d ever (now or sometime in the future) want to partner up, I think our sites would be a great match. You could place a small ad on your site (I’ve got a couple drafted up already, plus text links for email lists and such) – and you’d get a very generous commission on every sale.
My product sales for $67, and I’d give you $40 of each sale. Conversion rates on this type of product are very high (especially right now, when people are having a harder time getting credit), and returns will almost definitely be higher than other revenue-generating methods (such as Google Adsense etc.).
Like I said, I may be getting way ahead of myself here. I just saw an opportunity for both of us, and if you’re interested at all, let me know and I’ll send over more details.
Either way, I love your site, and will continue to recommend it to others. Keep up the good work!
Best Regards,
Ryan Bauer
